Best Western Valley Plaza Inn Midland, Midland

The hotel's location was convenient for the event we attended at the Great Hall, close to many restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting our expectations. The service from maintenance, breakfast staff, housekeeping, and front desk was consistently friendly. However, the hotel should have managed the cleanliness better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and larger than most hotels I've stayed in. The amenities were good, and the pool area was well managed. The breakfast had an awesome variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was the need for more outlets or outlets in the lamp on the nightstands.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and it was great that they allowed smoking on the balconies. Having more outlets in the lamps by the nightstands would have been a nice touch.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to where we needed to be for our family business and not far from the Soaring Eagle. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room we got was far from ideal with dirt in the pool-facing seating area. The highway noise was bothersome, especially for my handicapped wife. The price we paid didn't justify the wet, smelly carpet situation we encountered at first.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, although there was a musty smell that I was able to address with an air freshener. The service was excellent, especially when I had a mishap locking myself out of the room. The location was convenient for my needs, despite some maintenance issues. The dining experience was satisfying, with a desirable breakfast. The facilities were adequate for my stay.
